Vintage Shabbat Seder Platter & Candlesticks in Ceramic by Jacob Rosenthal’s 1998 Judaical Collection.
The Hebrew phrase "לכבוד שבת" (L'kavod Shabbat) is prominently displayed in the center of this rectangular serving tray for Shabbat: translates to "In honor of Shabbat".
Complimenting this tray are the Shabbat Candleholders in same design. Shabbat candlesticks are used to officially welcome the beginning of Shabbat at sunset, with two candles lit representing the commandments "remember" and "observe," followed by a blessing.
His collection is produced by Rite Lite Ltd., company known for Jewish holiday & ceremonial items.
